i bought this heater and it fit perfectly and worked great. 6 weeks after i installed it it quit. it was full of rust and when i replaced the element and reinstalled it i found the so called stainless steel tube had several pin holes in it and sprayed water in several places. .this heater is sold without warrantee so buyer beware, i got bit on this one
