Pentair EasyTouch ICP Control Panel 520549

The control panel allows you to operate your pool and/or spa equipment with up to eight functions such as lighting, water features, jets, cleaning cycle, water slide, and more from this simple control panel. It also allows you to program your equipment operations such as run times and water temperature from inside your home.

Works Well

The unit was needed to replace my failed Compool unit. It installed easily and performs the necessary functions of the old unit well. Plus a couple of new features.

Bought this Control Panel because when one upgrades the outdoor "Pentair Compool EasyTouch Upgrade" The inside CP3400 control panel won't work. Easy sell. Or, you have to go outside to control the system.
Wiring for the panel is clearly stated. Four wires, Black, Red, Yellow and Green! Remove the old panel and you find a RJ-11 telephone wire! More calls to Pentair. After a while I think they know you've called 6 times. Not a lot of help this time. Wire it up, Wrong! Rewire it up. Oh, maybe it's not wired like a phone cable, they're just using a RJ-11 cable for some other unknown reason. It works!
