Have not used it yet. Waiting to install it this summer

I will not order from this company again. The part we ordered, we needed immediately ! Obviously we chose the quickest shipping method offered, which was " 2 day express " with FedEx for an additional fee. Ordered the part on Wednesday & did not receive it until the following TUESDAY !!!!!
FedEx did their part by getting it to me in 2 days. The problem was that "Sunplay" did not even process my order until FRIDAY !!! I of course contacted them several times but they did nothing to resolve the problem &
would NOT refund my money I paid for the shipping. Their website showed step by step, that they were the ones at fault for not processing my order. There is no way I would recommend this company to anyone.

I paid for the 2 day express shipping because we needed the part immediately. I ordered the part on Wednesday & did not receive it until the next TUESDAY !!! My order wasn't even processed until FRIDAY ! I called them & they said that I placed my order late on Wednesday (3:30pm) & that was the reason for the delay. Even if that was the case, it still took a heck of a lot longer than 2 days !!! They would not refund my money !!! Total Rip-Off !!!
