The Pentair Prowler Cartridge Assembly fit our pool vac perfectly. Wall-E as we call him is back working better than ever. We received the package in about a week.

product is what i wanted . The plastic holder that you put the filters/screen in had the bottom flap piece just thrown in the bag. I so far have been unable to get it in place so the dirt won't leak out of bottom when i pull prowler out of pool. Will continue to try.

Had to subtract a star since I had to follow-up and determine why I had not received the item.

Product arrived half assembled. Once I put it together, it worked just fine.

The original plastic filter assembly in my robot had cracked and wasn't working correctly. I started looking online for a replacement and couldn't believe how much it was. Sunplay had the lowest price I could find online. Item was received in good order, it was sealed in OEM packaging, and exactly what I needed.
