Sunplay, on the other hand, would get five stars for pricing, but ZERO STARS for customer service. Prior reviews were not favorable, but I always give companies the benefit of the doubt. In this case, I was very disappointed when I reached out to Sunplay FOUR TIMES for order status and never received a reply. I called twice and left messages after sitting on hold for over 15 minutes each time. No call back. I also sent two emails for status. No response. While I understand that once Sunplay sends an order out the door, they no longer have control of the package and are limited in what they can do. What disappoints me most is the fact that I never received a response to any of my inquiries. Not even a follow up to confirm I received my package.
