Intermatic 300 Watt Transformer PX300S

Intermatic Safety Transformers are specifically designed to supply 12 volts to pool and spa lights, submersible fixtures and outdoor garden lights. A grounded shield between the primary and secondary windings assures safe operation and the built-in circuit protection will disconnect power to the transformer in case of defect or overload.

The 300 Watt Transformer can operate up to 20 Pentair Landscape Lights or up to 6 LED Swimming Pool Lights.

PX300S Transformer Features:

  • Total of 10 combination 1/2" - 3/4" knockouts, (2) Right Side, (2) Left Side, (2) Back and (4) on Bottom.
  • Withstands harsh environments such as high heat, humidity and chemicals.

  • Output: 12, 13 or 14 Volt
  • CSA C/US Listed

Works well, wiring diagram is confusing.

Works as designed, be careful as the wiring diagram in the written portion is confusing and seems today to hook the neutral wire to one of the low voltage wires. In fact its a punctuation error and is meant to say contact white neutral to white neutral and the black load wire to the correct color wire for the desired output voltage. I contacted the company and they recognized their error.
