Autopilot Replacement Cell w/ Unions - PPC3

For use with a variety of power supplies, this PPC3 replacement cell will extend the lifespan of your AutoPilot chlorine generator. All salt cells needs to be replaced periodically. By swapping your worn out cell with this replacement part, you'll be ready to treat up a 42,000 gallon pool. Integrated unions make replacement simple. Be sure to replace the cell cord at the same time to ensure warranty coverage.

  • Contains 13 titanium blades inside of the cell
  • Treats pools up to 42,000 gallons
  • Designed to be installed in the AutoPilot bypass manifold
  • Union connections are pre-installed from the factory.
  • Unit includes the cell with unions; the manifold is not included

Autopilot Replacement Cell w/ Unions - PPC3

Old cell was at end of life. Operated well for 8 years and was registering over 40,000 amp hours when noticed was not generating enough chlorine to maintain at least 1-2 ppm free chlorine even when I increased power level from 2 to 3 and set the purifier % from 65% to 85%. Installed new replacement cell and set power level back to 2 and set purifier to 65% running the single speed pump for 9 hrs. per day on my 25,000 gal. in ground pool. New cell is operating very well now maintaining a free chlorine level of 2 ppm. It is very Important to maintain a proper chemical balance in regard to ph, alkalinity, calcium hardness and stabilizer for the cell to operate optimally. Have used sunplay for maintenance parts for all my pool equipment and am very pleased with their level of service, and competitive prices.
