Should have read other negative reviews before placing an order that took multiple phone calls - e-mails and nearly 3 weeks to finally get a refurbished part instead of a new part. Don't even want to battle over this issue. Expect to wait on hold 30+ minutes each time you call to reach an agent. No matter when you call you always get "we are experiencing heavy call volume". Finally give up waiting so long and leave a voice message only to receive no return calls. Chat option never active either. They use 3rd party fulfillment partners - so they don't actually know where your order is until they reach these other companies. They charged my CC the day after my order - but didn't ship it. There are many other regional pool and spa stores with e-commerce websites and most probably operate the same way. But with Sunplay I spent hours trying to find out what happened to my order - was given multiple shipping dates and promises. Received multiple "Write a Review - How Did We Do" requests before I even got my order fulfilled. Even good companies can have bad days - granted - but when they screw up - they do everything they can to keep you as a customer - offer you a discount, follow-up personally etc. All I got was hours of grief and next day air shipping for an item that was supposed to ship free anyway - 3 weeks earlier. Disappointed just doesn't cover it.
