It broke already

I’ve had this cartridge for less than two months and it broke already. I’m very disappointed. One of the flaps no longer will stay in place… falling off every time I put it in the pool allowing dirt to remain on the bottom of my pool.

It works great- we were told by manufacturer we’d have to buy a whole new unit- so doubly great that we found Sunplay. Only
Complaint is that product description was unclear if it included filters, I ordered them also and had to pay to return them( not great on customer service ).
