Olympic Prep Magic Pool Cleaning Solution

The most important aspect of coating a pool is surface preparation. Your new coating will not adhere to even the slightest oily residue such as suntan lotion, body oils, hair spray, algae or anything that comes between the pool surface and the new coating.

Olympic Prep Magic is a one-step, clean and etch pool surface preparation solution that allows you to clean your surface without the extra steps of traditional surface cleaning. Simply mix PREP MAGIC with water, clean your surface, and then rinse

This product can be used on bare concrete, gunite, marcite, bare fiberglass, plaster, and painted surfaces.

Features:

  • All-in-one solution for preparing your pool surface for paint or other coating
  • One-Step Clean and Etch
  • Turns 3 steps into 1-step process
  • Can be used on concrete, gunite, marcite, fiberglass, plaster and painted surfaces
  • Ensures your coating will not adhere to even the slightest oily residue for the strongest bond possible

Pool Restoration

We have an old pool (1953 vintage). Because of cracking and settling due to an earthquake, we restored the pool level and installed a fiberglass liner 30 years ago. The appearance of the liner was becoming very ugly and needed an upgrade in appearance. We used the Olympic Prep Magic and also epoxy paint to restore the upper 2' of the pool including the above water area. The entire pool still needs more work, but the small amount of restoration that we did created a dramatic change in the look of the pool. Many thanks.
