I bought a pair of black colored skimmer doors for our new pool and unfortunately, one arrived cracked. I emailed Sunplay and they sent me a new one straight away. I didn't even have to return the damaged one. Two days later I had my new skimmer door. Great customer service. Highly recommended.
These (I thought) were the exact simmer weir's that came with the pool. The only problem is that the caught on the sides of the skimmer. I had to use me rotary tool to sand them down so they didn't stick. Seem to be working fine now. Not sure if it is a problem with the weir or the skimmer,
