3 Year Product Repair under $250.00 (Accidental, Prepaid Shipping)

I have warrantied these pumps twice now. First time was easy, although they only paid me back about $200 for the $250 pump, no hassle just a few easy steps.
Second time, not so much, as I am still dealing with it. These are small sealed circulating pumps and they want me to send it or take it to a center to get a free quote on repair cost. Thats fine but I dont know of a place that repairs these little motors nor would they tell me where such place is located. CPS has not been very helpful. They just continue to tell me I need to get a quote to repair the motor. I was told by the service tech that diagnosed the faulty motor that nobody he knows of repairs such a motor. It is just replaced. I took the avg of my two experiences and gave 3 stars
