ClearView 3" Jumbo Tabs Chlorine Tablets

ClearView 3" Jumbo Tabs are the economical choice for a slow dissolving stabilized chlorine tablet for your swimming pool. They contain 99% active ingredients (Trichlor-s-triazinetrione) and 90% available chlorine.

Jumbo Tabs can be used in a floating chlorine dispenser or automatic chlorine feeder for continuous sanitizing of your pool water. The tablets will not clog or gum up automatic feeders and are stabilized to prevent chlorine loss caused by the suns UV rays.

What's makes these tabs stabilized?

First, I think it's funny that that so many of these reviews are based on whether they are wrapped or unwrapped. Should be able to order them either way, since it does matter.
So, if these tabs are 99 percent trichloro-s-triazinetrione and 1 percent inert ingredients, where is the trichloroisocyanuric acid? I understand cyanuric acid is an ingredient added to stabilize the chlorine, but if these tabs are 99percent trichloro-s-triazinetrione then there's no room for isocyanuric. Yet these claim to be stabilized..
