Cable was perfect, ordering was a nightmare

The part works. So thanks Hayward for making a solid cable... BUT...

I originally placed my order on June 18th with FedEx International Priority shipping. The next day I was informed of a error in Sunplay's inventory and they needed to order in the part, which was estimated a 1-2 week wait.

I followed up 2 weeks later on the status. No response. Followed up the next day. No answer. Followed up on the site the next week. No response.

Then randomly on July 25 I get a notification that UPS is at my door with a package that needed COD(strange i never ordered anything with UPS shipping) I end up picking up from the depot on the 28th of July.

Then on the 1st of August Sunplay sends me a shipping notification that a UPS package is on its way to me (a week after they shipped it)

There was no communication, I pay for FedEx international Priority and receive UPS Standard and they send me the shipping information 12 DAYS AFTER THEY SHIP IT AND 7 DAYS AFTER IT ARRIVED AT MY DOOR!
