Our Hayward natural gas pool heater quit working, for the second time this summer. The first time was due to a faulty igniter. A month later it started showing the same error code again. This time I had my pool service company take a look. The igniter was fine. The gas valve was not releasing gas for ignition. However, nobody locally had the correct valve assembly, and neither did Amazon. Sun play was the only company that was showing the required parts as available. It was delivered in 21 days from ordering. I had it installed within 2 days, and things are back to normal once again. Thank you Sunplay for salvaging the remainder of our summer!
