Hayward H-Series Heater Heat Exchanger HAXHXA1303 - H300

The product was exactly as described and was packaged well and undamaged. Unfortunately for me, when I went to install it, I discovered extensive internal rust-through on 3 sides of my heater. With such extensive damage, it made no sense for me to replace the heat exchanger - I needed a whole new unit. This was my fault for not opening up the unit and inspecting it closely before ordering. Sunplay accepted my return for a full refund with no hassles. I only had to pay for return shipping, which was more than fair. I will definitely shop Sunplay again for future parts needs.

Part arrived quickly. No issues with the installation. It’s a shame that Hayward doesn’t make a better system that wares out to fast and part is unreasonable expensive for not lasting.
