Hayward H250FD Heat Exchanger FDXLHXA1250

Had a heat exchanger leak where water got into the burners. Got the replacement…fast shipping and easy to install. Make sure you have a shop vac to vacuum the water out of the burners and clean the heater. I also cleaned the igniter and flame sensor to remove the corrosion. Added some heavy duty foil tape with touchup high heat spray paint. After putting everything back with new SS screws…make sure you backwash the pool filter so you will have free clean flow into pool heater. I turned on the heater, set the pool and spa temp at 90F, and let it ride…. I am very pleased and glad Sunplay made it affordable! Thank you!
