My shark vac pool cleaner wasn’t cleaning as well as it used to. After looking it over I found that the upper motor that runs the impeller for suction wasn’t spinning as fast as it used to but the drive motor was working fine. This was a direct replacement motor for my shark vac pool cleaner. Works like new again.

The reason I gave it 3 stars is that there is no instruction on breakdown and assembly. Hayward must have an agreement with all of its service centers to not give out info on how to DIY any of its pool cleaners.(I emailed them and they told me they don't provide any help...take it to a service center) After struggling for 2 hrs I took out old and put in new and its cleaning like brand new.
