I found out I didn't need it, so I returned it for a refund.
The correct product arrived promptly, but unfortunately it was poorly packaged and damaged upon receipt. Luckily, the damage was essentially cosmetic and I was still able to install it and it appears to work. So all good, but they should have packaged it more carefully to protect the product.
The replacement power transformer was delivered within a week and was in perfect condition. Instructions for mounting were clear, and replacement went without major problems. Most importantly, the whole system works perfectly again, and the pool is cleaner than ever.

After 10 days, 1 email, and 3 phone calls later; I finally got to Customer Service.
Chelsie said she would send an email telling me why the part did not ship yet.
I received an email this morning with a UPS tracking number. The part showed up the same day.
Service this time was slow, but, it finally arrive. The part is installed and working as expected.
