Test tubes are fine, they’re hard to screw up. Problem with Sunplay their complete lack of response when an issue arises with an order.
I also ordered a cleaning brush (it was shown as being correct for these tubes). What I received was totally unusable with these tubes. It was too large to fit the tubes and was constructed so that it would actually damage the tubes if used.
Absolutely no response from Sunplay to either email or phone contact attempts. I recommend giving your business to one of the many other suppliers. Too me it seems that a measure of quality in a business is not “if” you have a problem...but how that problem is resolved. Sunplay chose to ignore the issue and that’s not acceptable to me.
Exactly like the ones that came with the test kit. Good price, paid the same for 6 as I did for 2 another place.
