Wow, it works
Excellent Product - a huge money saver and time saver.

This pipe leak sealer is a fantastic idea. We were able to repair a small leak in a PVC line from our indoor jacuzzi tub. It went on easily and quickly and no more leak. Without this simple product, we would have had to pay hundreds to have the pipe cut out and replaced. A local tub repair place was going to charge $200 just to come out and diagnose the problem. We would have had to either open up a wall or take the tub out in order to cut the pipe. So maybe thousands of dollars in repairs. This simple pipe leak sealer did the job for such a small price. Just be sure to use PVC cleaner and plenty of PVC glue. And we received it very promptly from Sunplay.

Works but in limited situations

Looks like a great idea for a straight “hard PVC” connection. I used this on flex pvc going into a fitting and due to the slight angle of the flex line it did not make a seal, I ended up using marine Tex to seal the slip fitting over the joint and that worked. So be advised in the right situation this is very helpful but if your line is slightly bent you can either use a epoxy seal in conjunction with this or cut and replace fitting.
