Sunplay you are suggesting you fulfilled my order 20 days ago, that not exactly accurate. Also, when I ordered your web page was kind of misleading. It said "in stock" and another line said special orders take up to x weeks. I thought if it was "in stock" it wasn't special order. Well, when the part was longer shipping than what the page suggested, I called. I was told it was "special order" and could take up to 4 weeks. All in all, the good news is, it didn't take the 4 weeks. I ordered the part on the 3rd and received it on the 21st and it was correct, quality and as described. We are aware our industry is taking a beating during these times, if we find the needed parts and pieces we feel blessed...sometimes the clients get all ruffled with the wait, but in the end, we all need to be patient.
