The top mounted HiFlo valve is designed for maximum sand filter backwash performance and precise water flow. The 6 Position "V" thread style Multiport Valve is for use with Pentair Tagelus filter models TA 30, TA 40, TA50 and TA 60 manufactured before Nov 1, 1991. These filter models were manufactured with a "V" thread style base and can only be replaced with this valve.
