I don't like giving reviews, but you kept emailing me to do so.

This sight glass did what I expected - mostly. It screwed into the valve. It didn't leak. I could see water inside of the sight glass when I back flushed the filter. However, it was not vented as the original.

Just what I needed

Fit like the original. Was a little afraid when I saw how small it was that it was the wrong one but it fit perfect. Lowest price I could find- even lower than amazon prime

Pentair Hiflow Valve Sight Glass 272550

Great replacement for my Pentair Sand filter. Old style had vents cut in plastic with rubber gasket that came off so was constantly losing water when backwashing or rinsing. The new Hi flow valve is solid so no water is loss.
