Fought with bad readings for a year and a half. Didn't want to spend the money on the sensor. Should have just bought sooner and saved the frustration.
I am a home DIY user of an Intellichem, which is normally not a good idea. However, I have learned a lot over the years and have in my toolbox a Sensorex Sensor Simulator (this is a must have folks) which lets me confirm calibration of the meter and condition of the probe wires. Then I have test/calibration solutions for the probes themselves to test their response/accuracy. The probes delivered differed in appearance to what I was used to, and did not have a date of manufacture/return to OEM on them. However, they tested to within 5% of the accuracy of the system range which is the best I have observed so far (ORP:assuming 400-900mv meter range, they were within 15 mv +/- of actual at temp) the response on the PH probe was fast, and within 0.1 of reagent test with new titrants and portable PH meter. If these probes maintain this performance through the temp ranges for the summer and last at least a year in the Texas summer I will be very pleased. Good value!
