Functional, but Damaged Wires

The price was good and the unit seems to be functioning fine, but I did note that two of the wires had damage to the insulation that appeared to be down to copper. Instead of returning, I wrapped with electrical tape. The instructions also do not apply to the Pentair Intellichlor Power Center which I have - not that big a deal, but make sure you remember how it came out.
