Excellent customer service experience!

After 20 years of service my pool light assembly finally failed, kept tripping the GFI breaker. After much diagnosing I was able to determine the fixture itself was the problem so I started my search and found Sunplay and decided this was where I wanted to order from. Free shipping, very competitive pricing and really excellent customer service. Upon receiving the new light I discovered the bulb had broken during shipment, through no fault of Sunplay as the assembly was properly packaged. I call customer service and explained the issue and they asked for a photo which I sent via email and told me they would ship a new bulb. I asked, in the interest of not waiting a few more days for it to arrive, if they would credit my bill for the bulb and I would find a replacement bulb locally, they agreed. I happily found a new bulb and was able to open my pool on time for our annual opening up the pool party. Thanks for the excellent customer service Sunplay!
