Not new & damaged!

original order arrived in box that was old, torn & taped up all over. When I opened I noted a prior return request on this part from 2 years earlier. When I examined part it was chipped around lip, obviously damaged prior. I returned and second one was also in box with no reinforcing around part. Where were some chips on the legs but not worth returning again!!!
