The accumulation of phosphate in pool water may lead to decreased chlorine activity in the pool water. PhosAway Extreme will help to reduce the amount of phosphates in swimming pool water through the pools filtration system. It can be added as part of a weekly maintenance program or as needed to eliminate phosphate from the water.

Example dosage amounts: (Detailed dosage chart on bottle)
- Add 6 ounces of this product per 10,000 gallons of water to remove 1,000 ppb of phosphates from pool water
- Add 12 ounces of this product per 10,000 gallons of water to remove 2,000 ppb of phosphates from pool water
- Add 24 ounces of this product per 20,000 gallons of water to remove 2,000 ppb of phosphates from pool water
