ProTeam Prevent

ProTeam Prevent effectively prevents the growth of algae in swimming pools. ProTeam Prevent is non-metallic and works prevents all types of algae growth including green and blue green algae and can also be used to kill existing algae in swimming pools.

Directions for use:

• 1. In freshly filled pools or pools showing no visible algae growth add 5 ounces of this product per 10,000 gallons of water to prevent algae growth. Apply by adding directly to the pool water.
• 2. If algae growth is observed, add one quart of this product for each 25,000 gallons of water to kill and control cholera pyrendosa (green algae and lyroba versicolor (blue-green algae). When existing growth is dead, clean the pool and filter.
• 3. If the pool water treated as in steps (1) or (2) is filtered, add 5 ounces of this product per 10,000 gallons of water every five to seven days to maintain between two and five parts per million of active ingredients. Apply by adding directly to the pool water.
