Sta-Rite Drive Cover Kit 353128

My pentair sta-rite Supermax vs pump started having some issues at end of season last year. I’ve only had it for 5 years put warranty expired 3 year’s ago. After doing all the trouble shooting and research it turned out I was going to need new drive.
I looked everywhere and called every pool place in my area and everyone kept telling me it wasn’t worth buying because it would cost between $750- $850
Shipped and I was better off getting new one pump for like $1500 installed. When I found this one on sun play.com it seemed to good to be true because price was so low so I was a little hesitant to order because
felt it could be a scam. Then one day I just took the chance and ordered it which included free shipping.
To my delight I received it within a week and it was exactly what I needed brand new in box with instructions how to install which took me about 45 minutes to swap out. So definitely great find because
If not for this product being available at this price I would’ve had to buy brand new pump.
