This thing is junk. I replaced the one that cracked with this one looking up the part number for the pump so I know it’s right. It looks just like the old one too. However, after getting this all nice and tight I turned the pump on. It sprayed water out everywhere. It was like I didn’t tighten it enough or something. I bought some magic lube for good measure and applied a healthy amount all around the O-ring seal. It tightened it up as much as possible, every screw. Lube squeezed out from the between the cracks. I was confident it wouldn’t leak now. WRONG! Still sprays out just not nearly as bad as it did the first time but still pretty bad. I’m gonna lay the blame on poor design as I work with o-rings and seals at work and bigger pumps than this and no issues. Right now I just run it with it’s leaks till I can just replace the pump. I’m not gonna keep tryin to fix this junk, this thing was 80 bucks, almost 1/3 of a new pump. 80 bucks was a ripoff from the start seeing as the one for the Polaris booster you could get for 40. I needed this one and it was hard to find and over priced but I was like oh well beats buying a new pump. Derp. Well the next pump will certainly be a Polaris booster as you can actually find parts for it and they’re cheaper than this piece of oddball junk
