Sunplay serves most areas along the Wasatch Front, from Logan to Provo, and the Park City Area. If you are located in a remote area, we may be able to serve you at an additional cost.
Our Pool Maintenance programs are ONLY for pools using chlorine tablets, bromine tablets, or chlorine generators
- If your pool does not currently use chlorine tablets, bromine tablets, or chlorine generators, Sunplay can set those systems up for you
- Set up a chemical tablet or chlorinator system on a new account and we’ll include a free chemical feeder if you don’t already have one
We currently offer 3 maintenance packages, each billed on a weekly basis.
- Weekly Sunplay tests chemical levels with advanced water testing systems
- No test strips or drops (unlike other maintenance services)
- Same day email results keep you informed of water test results for added peace of mind

Sunplay's powerful pool vacuums contain their own filtration systems. Dirt and debris won’t clog your pool filters during our weekly cleanings. It’s rare that we would we ever use your pool system and equipment to vacuum your pool, but there may be instances when we’ll need to use your system to vacuum your pool.

If your pool uses chlorine tablets, Sunplay will balance chlorine, alkalinity, pH levels, and also adjust calcium hardness levels if they are low
- Service also includes phosphate treatments, bi-weekly shock, and maintenance of proper stabilizer levels

If your pool uses bromine tablets, Sunplay will balance bromine, alkalinity, pH levels, and also adjust calcium hardness levels if they are low
- Service also includes phosphate treatments and bi-weekly shock

If your pool uses a chlorine generator, Sunplay will balance chlorine, alkalinity, pH levels, and also adjust calcium hardness levels if they are low
- Service also includes salt, phosphate treatments, bi-weekly shock, and maintenance of proper stabilizer levels

If your pool uses DE Filters (diatomaceous earth) or cartridges filters, service includes the necessary DE powder and labor to replace the cartridges in cartridge filters with purchase of cartridges
- Cartridges are sold at our low internet pricing (see www.sunplay.com)
- An additional cost of $10.00 per week will be added to maintenance plans on pools 30,000 to 40,000 gallons.
- A minimum additional cost of $10.00 per week will be added to full service plans that do not have an automatic cover due to the extra time required to clean. Your pool maintenance technician will provide you with a custom quote if your pool requires more attention.
- Sunplay provides quotes for maintenance plans on pools larger than 40,000 gallons, commercial pools, or pools with commercial levels of use (providers of swimming lessons or other high level uses)
- Chloramines (combined chlorine), scale inhibitors, stain removers, specialty treatments to remove metals, and any other specialty chemicals are not included in the maintenance programs listed above
- We will be happy to provide you with any of these products, at your request, via our

- Monthly rates are based on 4 weeks and are billed at a prorated amount at the end of each visit.
- Minimum service before cancellation is 4 weeks. Cancellations prior to (4) weeks will be charged for the remaining visits that have not been completed.
